On Sunday August 25, at 10 a.m. in the Auditorium of the Garages of Sants. Registration price €5 and free for tournament players.
This year the tournament will start at 10.30h on August 29th. On the street, very close to Cotxeres. This street takes part in Sants Local Festivities.
Bughouse tournament is open to all Sants Open participants, as well as any neighbour or chess fan, having a federative licence or not. You can register indicating the name and rating of both players at the referee table of the tournament , or at the playing venue 30 minutes before the start of the competition.
This competition is open to all participants in Sants Open, whatever their chess clubs. Players from different chess clubs can play in the same football team, which will be constituted by a maximum of 9 players (among them, 5 field-players).
The tournament venue will be La Bordeta Sports Centre, at La Farga Square, very close to Cotxeres. Days of competition will be August 26th, 28th and 30th, from 12 to 14 hours.
The second round of the chess open is the deadline for register at the indoor football tournament. The organisers will inform about pairings and schedule during the third round.
You can register for free but have to announce it at the organisers’ table.
Simulcasts will be held in Plaza Bonet and Muixí for 10 players in two sessions: at 11 and 12 in the morning, on Saturday, August 31. Free registration and limited number of places, for tournament players and residents of the neighborhood and fans, whether or not they are federated.
